Book VIII explains the official process for reports, evidence, investigations, rule interpretation, corrective action and appeals. It is procedural: the specialist rules themselves remain in Books I through VII.

Submit reports through the designated Discord ticket system. Do not DM staff unless a staff member specifically instructs you to do so.

Report genuine concerns, not outcomes you dislike
A report is appropriate for suspected rule violations, harassment, exploitation, specialist-rule disputes or questions requiring staff interpretation.

Do not use reports as leverage
Reports may not be used to threaten another player, continue an OOC dispute or seek revenge after roleplay.

Duplicate tickets and mass-report campaigns create noise rather than stronger evidence.

Provide a concise summary, involved names, approximate date/time, location, relevant evidence and the rule or concern if known.

Ordinary disputes should normally be reported after the scene under Book I. Safety, harassment and consent exceptions may require immediate interruption.

A report is not a verdict
Administration may find a violation, provide clarification, request more evidence or determine that the available information does not establish wrongdoing.

Preserve the complete sequence where possible
Continuous recordings and contextual screenshots are stronger than isolated fragments.

Server and chat records may be considered
In-game logs, Discord messages directly related to the incident, server records and verifiable witness information may support a review.

Clearly identify what you personally witnessed, what another person told you and what you are inferring.

Editing, cropping or selectively presenting evidence to hide relevant context is prohibited.

Interpretation Standards

Discretion applies the published rules to unusual facts; it does not exist to invent arbitrary standards after the event.

Appeal Procedure

Use an appeal when there is a real basis for review
New evidence, overlooked information, a factual error, procedural problem or possible misapplication of a rule are legitimate grounds.

Courtesy, patience, sportsmanship and good-faith roleplay matter even when no staff member is watching.

Correct mistakes constructively and direct people toward the relevant book rather than treating confusion as an opportunity to punish them.

Active cases should not become public campaigns, faction arguments or reputation battles.
