Three ready-to-use Registry profiles for Clan Standing
These templates provide a consistent public profile for recognized clans. Each version uses the same Registry layout and fields; only the standing color changes. Copy the template that matches the clan's current Standing, replace the bracketed information, add the clan emblem and update the entry whenever the organization materially changes.

How to Use the Templates

Choose the correct Standing. Use the Green, Yellow or Red profile that matches the clan's current Registry standing.

Replace every bracketed field. Fill in the clan name, leader, organization type, government, primary purpose, alignment, core values and headquarters.

Add a square clan emblem. Clan crests and Registry profile emblems use a 1:1 image so they remain readable at both profile and thumbnail size.

Keep the Registry Summary concise. Describe what the clan is, what it values, what it is known for and how it fits into the world.

Update the profile when the clan changes. Leadership, government, headquarters, purpose, values and Standing should reflect the organization as it exists now.

Standing Variants
Green Standing
Use the green Registry profile when the clan's current Standing is recorded as Green.
Yellow Standing
Use the yellow Registry profile when the clan's current Standing is recorded as Yellow.
Red Standing
Use the red Registry profile when the clan's current Standing is recorded as Red.

The color changes, the profile does not
All three templates use the same Registry fields and layout. Standing is a status indicator, not a different organization type, government or clan identity.
