Red flags
Despite multiple server owners warning me about their behavior I took the risk and took them in… and that is entirely my fault, and what led us to this situation.

I must say they have been doing an excellent job as a storyteller and admin despite the reports; https://pastebin.com/HymKpE2R if you’re interested in what Penelope did to the server (written by him) because I still believe in credit being given to those who deserve it.
The only issue was their paranoia and ego issues, Penelope was actively bullying crucial members of the community. Crucial members that had immense potential in storytelling, building and administrating fields but simply did not align with Penelope's views.
Even though they were an extremely helpful staff member who helped the server story during their time, we received an immense amount of reports about them. We initially discussed these reports as harmless, but recently, with the extent of their operations, it became apparent that their behavior needed to be addressed.
Creating an army in the staff team
So, why does this staff involvement relate to other staff removals? The truth is, Penelope tried to bring their clan members and friends (Rafael, Lilja, Aurelia, Li-Ying, Raegar) onto the staff team in disguise to help push their will and narrative, and to also get the "vote of majority"
While also trying to get rid of old staff members;
They wanted to control the server so they could conduct their narrative more freely while holding the rest of the administration hostage by having the majority vote.
Meanwhile, I wanted to build this server as an environment free of favoritism and toxicity. Even though this staff member showed aligned interests, they clearly presented everything I stood against. It was a hard decision to remove Penelope since the entire server relied on his story but things was getting out of hand at that point.. and out of principle, I was required to address it. Their response was to slide into my DMs and blackmail me:
Their demand was for me to remove myself from the server and abandon the project I labored over and funded with my own money. Upon disagreement, first @leevithe1st, then the rest of their clan, tried to spread toxicity and damage the project's integrity and prestige to act on their threats.
You can clearly see, the document they sent is malicious slander only created to used as a blackmail and propaganda effort to put dirt on my name. They had no intention or right cause or even backing of their slander but just dming people in result of their failed coup attempt.
Donation Money Slander
You may see that we managed to gather around $3,000 in donations, thanks to your help.
However, before taking donations, I funded the project myself for four months (starting July 2025), which cost approximately $700 due to jumping from a host to a host and experimenting with machines to get the best performance. By the time we had donation money, I had spent approximately $750 out of my own pocket for regular server expenses.
Once the PayPal was properly set up, I used less than $150 from it to compensate myself as I didn’t have PayPal to do any online Purchases.
Here's the things I spent money on, from the server PayPal. (because I didn't have a personal PayPal)
• Mount & Blade II on Steam - $17.02 - For myself
• The Elder Scrolls: V Skyrim VR - $13.69 - For a tier 5 donator as a gift for their birthday.
• x2 Fanatical Mystery bundle - $34 - For gifting it around, those who got Steam keys can confirm that.
• HumbleBundle Charity Bundle - $30.90 - For gifting and some are for myself + charity.
• League of Legends RP - $26.63 - For my account.
• World War Z - $13.38 - For myself.
• Total: $135.62 from the "server donations"
Therefore, in the end, I donated a net total of ~ $600 to the server, and none of the excess donators' money was ever spent on myself.
If you ask why I used Maar's PayPal, it is because I live in a country that does not allow PayPal and my old Paypal was blocked due to switching IPs (I am still trying to get the amount back to this day) before getting PayPal donations I was paying with my own credit card. 
Maar who was responsible for the money has blocked my access to the current PayPal account [email protected] (Which had $1679.58), but the server will continue to be paid by me and won't go down. (Total $3,222.67 in donations minus the server expenses)
That is, he's also claiming that he was refunding players on a first come first serve basis
yet he didn't refund the most recent donation ( 3 days ago ) from @dawnof33 and instead used @dawnof33's recent money to refund Li-Ying (mim)'s donation that was 6 months ago.
Character Appearance Disagreement
There is a debate regarding an approved character that looks underage, which is an old argument that has been an issue on multiple servers. There is a strict guideline regarding minors in roleplay. No matter what, we do not allow anyone to roleplay as an underage character. However, appearances depend on the perceiver if it is not too obvious.
The following images is part of the staff team that claims to throw these accusations. The character shown is Li-Ying (mim, who also received her 6 month old donation first before dawnof33), who is also a friend of Penelope and the roleplay partner of Aurelia, now it makes sense why there was clear favoritism here.
You may judge for yourself whether it looks young or not, but at the end of the day, it is a grey area if it is not obvious. I condemn the decision to target people's roleplay characters such to be shown publicly and to liberally showcase people's donation history.
Moreso, they've been accusing me of "Allowing/defending underage-looking characters in combination with non-consensual sexual themes" where the reality is different.
The reality is Penelope was feeling threatened by creative minds, players that will not be named but the most famous is @dawnof33 that appears in their document multiple times.
It was never about @dawnof33 playing a twink male character, it was about him building things for the server, adding story and flavor to the server and wanting to provide something different that didn't align with Penelope's tyrannical views.
and thus, he was a threat to Penelope and that's why they were trying to get rid of him using any method and trick.
Same thing happened with multiple other members that showed the slightest potential in Storytelling, Lore writing, World Building or anything that didn't scream 'PENELOPE WAS HERE'... if they want me to name them they can reach out to me and I shall put their names here and evidence that support these claims.
Anime Accusation
This is probably the worst engineered narrative in the document designed to associate my name with such accusations.
Firstly, it wasn't posted by me, rather by a player who was permanently banned on the server 
after internal debate.. and this person was very regretful about it and people who know the player behind the image already know the full story behind it and know that they had no ill intentions or literally any intention whatsoever to post something so egregious.
Currently, these people are permanently removed from Ash & Blood. I can only ask for the forgiveness of the players who have invested in this server. I wish I knew their true colors beforehand, but I wished to give them more than a chance, and I put my trust in them to the point that I let them handle the PayPal and donations. I will firmly stand with the Ash & Blood project. I will continue to fund it myself if required, and I thank all who stand with this project.
Transparency to Playerbase accusations

UE5 released May 5th, no one knew it was a thing before then.
Tier 4 and Tier 5 was given an update that they'll persist throughout all seasons on 7th February, meaning Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 wouldn't carry over.. this was on 7th February, announced to everyone and is currently unedited if you want to check it yourself.
Yes, to play the server properly without having people treat me differently because I own the server.. I believe that is perfectly fine and I don't see anything wrong with that.
No one, and I highlight NO ONE, had building limitations enforced on them in any capacity. The only limitation we enforced was ugly box houses or PVP bases, other than that we didn't enforce building blocks and left the community to do what they want with their builds.. I've been very lenient about it myself because I like to promote roleplay and quality over PVP.
They mean all attempts of blackmail had failed, it wasn't negotiation. It was terrorizing me and pushing me into a corner so I could submit to their demands and quit.

2. The server's wiki was scripted by Anja, this website was scripted by Anja, any information in the wiki was added by me, based on The Vault https://discord.gg/PPRS9EQ2Gd and Conan Lore Archives C.L.A https://discord.gg/q6CFgJpBfH and other sources from Google, THEN it was reformatted using chatGPT to switch it into the Wiki Rich Text.
3. The server story was made by Shadar, Penelope and Rafael. I did not touch the server story.. though the "actual player enjoyment" here is subjective because some feedbacks I had received was against the railroading of the server story and gatekeeping it for a specific number of players.. everyone on the server also knows this so it doesn't require 500s of screenshots either.
